Westdale Immigration Consulting is led by Veronica Sepehr. (RCIC, PhD)

The name "Westdale" is inspired by a neighbourhood near McMaster University in Canada, where I had my first date with my now husband, who was also an international student at the time. We actually first met at a "How to Immigrate to Canada" session in 2008.

I’m a proud Canadian citizen since 2015, with roots in Brandon, Hamilton, and Toronto. My journey in Canada has been filled with hard work (and patience) leading to amazing opportunities, from graduate scholarships to a thriving career in research, strategy and financial innovation.

With a PhD in Global Political Economy from the Balsillie School of International Affairs and a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University, I’m passionate about helping people navigate today’s Canadian immigration system.

I was the lead researcher for arrivein.com for two years, which led me to accumulate a vast knowledge about newcomers’ personal and professional needs. I have also mentored newcomers for several years and have guided successful transitions to the Canadian job market.

Now, as an immigration consultant, I leverage this unique background to guide clients through the complexities of the Canadian immigration system.

I believe that geography shouldn't dictate your destiny. I offer a research and strategy grounded tailored approach, a robust network of immigration professionals, and a genuine commitment to support you every step of the way.

My professional background includes nearly a decade at Canada’s largest bank, where I served as Director of Operations for a financial app for kids. I bring extensive experience in in-depth research and consulting, legal and risk management, and strategic planning to my immigration consulting practice.
